Easier to Find Helpful Resources
We made a few changes to our website to make it easier to find support. The Knowledge Base articles are now located under the Resources menu. Follow the HelpDesk link to submit a new support request or browse through hundreds of helpful Knowledge Base articles. If you sign in to the HelpDesk to view your past support questions to keep track of helpful responses you’ve already received. Whether you prefer self service by following step-by-step articles or talking with a member of our support team, we are here to help.
Launched Awesome New Features
The Critical Impact team continually works to add new features to delight our clients. Over the past year, we added over 100 new features, improvements and enhancements. Some of the highlights include support for the Critical Impact Salesforce integration to work seamlessly with the new Salesforce Lightning Experience. To make building messages even faster for our clients, we added more than a dozen new email templates. We also opened a new state of the art data center location to provide best in class performance and enhance our redundancy and data privacy.
Celebrated Our 10th Anniversary
Critical Impact was founded in 2009, and we celebrated our 10th anniversary this past year! As we look over the past decade, we are filled with gratitude for our relationships with great clients who give us the chance to do what we enjoy here at Critical Impact.
