critical impact releases new website with along with it’s re-branding initiative

April 2023

branding guidecritical impact is thrilled to announce the launch of its new website at criticalimpact.com. The email marketing platform brand has been operating since 2009 and it’s newly expanded marketing team has been working diligently this winter to upgrade the website with more content, condensing some sections and adding new ones.

Part of our new identity is around how we see our brand and to be more informal. From this we are using all lower case in our headlines. So no, we didn’t have a CAPS button fail on the keyboards but have instead gone with lower case. Yes, it might seem a bit kitschy, but it’s something we are trying to standardize on our site. Don’t worry though. Our support site has the proper titling. We do think however that our former English grammar teachers will be reaching out with a scolding!

CI Identity
In the competitive market that critical impact lives in, it was felt that the improvements on the site will better inform current and potential customers and clients about the services offered by the platform.

“A new website was overdue,” said project leader Todd Yeadon. “We feel that the site now reflects the maturity and expanded offerings of the company, which is essential to support our sales team which, of course, is already on a skyrocketing trajectory.”

The website upgrade is due to the release and implementation of it’s new brand. The change of visual identity, language and market approach was developed in concert with Tag Agency (Toronto).
