Spam causes a negative impact on deliverable rates and, as we want to ensure your emails are received, these laws must be adhered to both domestically and internationally. With this in mind, your spam laws might vary depending upon your country and should be carefully implemented into your delivery practices.

If you’d like to report an abusive campaign, please click the “Report Abuse” button. Critical Impact’s Abuse Team will respond quickly and appropriately. In order for our team to thoroughly investigate an abusive sender, it’s extremely helpful for us if you include a complete copy of the abusive campaign. Also, we need your email address to investigate and also receive a response from us.
