If you are subscribed to an email list managed in Critical Impact, then your email address, name, and any other information that you provided to our clients are held in strict confidence. Critical Impact will only keep your information so that our client can send you emails. We will not contact you or share your information with anyone else.
We store and process information under the direction of our clients. Our team may manually review mailing lists and your data for any technical issues, client requests, or terms of use violations. However, we have no direct relationship with you, the individual whose personal data we process. We work with clients so that they can let you know the purpose for which personal information is collected.
You have the right to access your personal information. Reach out to our client (the data controller) to access personal information and to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data. When our client requests that we delete information, we will respond within 30 business days.
If you would no longer like to be contacted by our client, please contact the client with whom you interact with directly. If you are one of our clients would like to update your account, please contact us.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as needed in order to provide services to our clients. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. We will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
